What I Eat & Do In A Day
Good Morning Guys! I hope you all are having a great long weekend.
Yesterday, I tracked all my food so I could share what I normally eat in a day. Now, for the time being I am staying at this tiny little studio apartment in Los Angeles. I moved here less than a month ago. And my apartment has no kitchen! Eep!
Oh, well. I was not that good of a cook anyways. Haha.
Luckily, the apartment is equipped with a coffee machine (yum), a microwave, and a minifridge. It really is like dorm living, which was an experience I never had (as I mainly did most of my classes online).
So, all of these meals are going to be quick and easy and I ate out a couple times.
I started my morning off with a coffee. I like to add non dairy creamer to it. I used to drink it black, but lately I probably do 2-3 servings of creamer. I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I paired it with a lovely acai bowl! I have a smoothie or bowl almost everyday. I'm used to making my own at home, but because I don't have a blender, I have been ordering them mainly. Got to support the local businesses.

I love adding a nut butter to get some protein with it or add protein powder. This one was a classic Acai bowl, topped with pineapple, strawberry, banana, cacao nibs, and almond butter. Its a lot of sugar, but I love it.
After breakfast, I like to create my posts for Instagram, check emails, and plan my day. I prefer a slow morning. Then, if I don't have much going on, like yesterday, I go and do my workout before lunch.
My workout lately has consisted of 1000-2000 jump rope skips a day, followed by some Pilates or strength training.
I had a lighter lunch. Not pictured is the 3 slices of deli meat I ate (ham).

I had a salad kit that I found at whole foods. I topped it with a light dressing. It had cabbage, & carrots, some seeds, and croutons. I was still a bit hungry afterwards, so I munched on some turkey sausage. 2 servings actually.

I then showered and worked on editing a workout video for my post tomorrow.
Then it was time for dinner.

I had this really yummy, microwave meal. Like, seriously, delicious. It had corn, beans, cauliflower, some squash, & a bit of sweet potato.
Then I met up with one of my girl friends at a drive in theater to watch The Marksman. One of my favorite foods in the world, is a soft pretzel. Whenever I go to see a movie, I always treat myself to one.

Beyond worth it. Then I had two glasses of wine afterwards. I normally drink about once a week.
It was a good Sunday! Let me know in the comments how your weekend has been.
xx
